Shipping Information:

At Green Coffee Beans, we strive to provide you with the best service and the freshest unroasted coffee beans. We use Courier Guy to deliver your orders to any location in South Africa.

  • Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship to all regions in South Africa.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Please note that we do not offer in-store pick-ups. All orders are shipped directly to the address you provide during checkout.

Returns Policy:

Because we specialize in unroasted coffee beans, a perishable food item, we are unable to accept returns, unless the incorrect product has been shipped to you.

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at sales@greencoffeebeans.co.za. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as soon as possible and assist with any necessary returns of the incorrect item.

  • Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee that all coffee beans sold are fresh. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste or any other reason unrelated to shipping errors.
