  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may return coffee beans purchased from Greencoffeebeans within 7 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, coffee beans must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Perishable items, such as ground coffee or coffee beans that have been opened, cannot be returned.
  2. Refunds and Replacements:

    • You have the option to request either a refund or a replacement for the returned coffee beans.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the new coffee beans to you at no additional cost.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or damaged products.
    • If your return is due to our error or if you received damaged products, please contact our customer support team for assistance with return shipping.
  4. Restocking Fee:

    • A restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of inspecting and restocking returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Returned coffee beans must be in resalable condition. If they arrive damaged or tampered with, the return may not be accepted.
